Behind
the Light
Glow Creative Co. was started by
two brown women with a vision to see
more inclusive authentic stories in the world.
Chloe Cain & Mia Ruffin officially founded the "Glow Creative Co" in 2020. Before the glow up, Chloe humbly served for 5+ years providing media services on her college campus while Mia worked to support operations in various company ventures for 3+ years.
